It takes weeks if not months to fully get out of your system, and in the meantime it can mean you don't get a normal period. You probably aren't pregnant this time. You say you've had "relationships" since march without protection. I'm not trying to judge but I'm hoping you mean relations not relationships? as in hopefully one guy, since you aren't using protection. If you are now trying to get pregnant don't continue using the diet pills as they may hurt the baby.
