You're better off eating 4-6 times a day, and eating the right foods, and you'll feel full and be healthy at the same time.

I go to the gym 4 times a week and my caloric intake is about 1400-1600 calories a day, and I'm loosing 2-3 lbs a week.

Diet supplements will work for a short moment, but as soon as you stop using them, you'll gain all the weight back and sometime more.</description>
