Do diet supplements work?
Jessica asked:
I know they are usually like pure caffeine, but does it help? If so, does anyone know of a good one that they would recommend trying, like NV or something? I eat well, not too much, and I exercise, but I want to lose a little faster than I have been. I don’t have that much i want to lose, just 10 or 15 pounds, but I don’t want to starve myself to get there. So, any advice on diet pills?

I don’t think any of them really work. They work well for the people who sell them.

This one works! All good stuff, and the company also has Olympic class supplements.
And I’m not selling it either!

You don’t have to starve yourself to loose weight, as a matter of fact, not eating will slow down your metabolism and store fat as a defense mechanism against starvation.
You’re better off eating 4-6 times a day, and eating the right foods, and you’ll feel full and be healthy at the same time.
I go to the gym 4 times a week and my caloric intake is about 1400-1600 calories a day, and I’m loosing 2-3 lbs a week.
Diet supplements will work for a short moment, but as soon as you stop using them, you’ll gain all the weight back and sometime more.
