Difference between coconut oil at the health store and rite aids?

no difference - the USDA food and drug administration regulates both. I’d choose the cheaper one!
FYI no oil is going to make your hair thicker - oil closes the hair shaft, it’s only make it shiny and…well…oily
If you want the hair shaft to be thicker you need to use something that will “lift” the cuticles of the shaft. If you are trying to produce more hair you need to consume gelatin. Gelitan makes your hair and nails grow like MAD - but it won’t produce thicker hair…just make the hair you have grow longer.
Oh, and drinking this oil is only going to give you severe diahrrea - so I’d advise against that too. lovingclementine
