first of all i think that you are fine the way you are especially because of your height. HOWEVER i just want you to know that diet supplements DONT WORK and they are addicting. When you stop taking them you WILL get sick.

Just exercise and cut down on what you’re eating. Eat at least 3 small meals a day.

I’d go to BodyBuilding.com for ideas. They have lots of tips on supplements and exercises.

Dude, screw the diet supplements. All that semi-artificial stuff (which makes it sound even weirder) can’t be good for anybody. Just use some common sense to eat healthier (as in avoid fast food unless it’s your final option…better to eat something than to starve and mess up your metabolism) and change your lifestyle: instead of trying to find the closest parking spot, go for the furthest and walk the rest of the way; take stairs instead of elevators and walk up escalators. Also, eat smaller meals but more frequently. That should increase your metabolism.

I’ve been working out three to four days a week for two hours straight for the past three to four months. My routine is an hour of cardio (with different machines…I’d go nuts with boredom if I had to walk or run for an hour) and then another hour of weights where I work out every part of my body. Honestly, I haven’t dropped much weight, but I have lost fat and people have told me that I look more “toned” now. And hell, I even feel better.

First off, diet supplements are not addicting.

Secondly however, you don’t “need” any diet supplements to help you lose weight. The traditional ‘fat burners’ for example do not really help with fat loss - they help with curbing/controlling appetite.

None of these products work if you’re nutrition isn’t already spot on, and if it is, you’re already going to be getting good results.

You might use protein powder as a convenience food (that is, if you find meeting your protein requirements hard from solid food).

A multivitamin as an insurance policy - again not needed if you’re eating a wide variety of fruits and vegetables.

And a fish oil supplement to meet your omega 3/EFA needs. This I think everyone should use.
