Also about your question I think you might be thinking of when people yo yo diet meaning they lose 30 pounds and then gain it back within a year. That is the fault of the individual for failing to stay on there diet and they end up being fatter cause of loss of muscle mass while dieting and replacing it with fat if they gain it back. However,no supplement just does that here is the link.
