Those scam articles come in the mail all the time and I’m fit and in good health.

LOL! I haven’t gotten one in AGES. I remember the last one I got…I was like, “Who the **** is Judy Smith? (or whatever her name was) and why does she think I have a weight problem?” (At the time I did, so I was thoroughly convinced it was from some distant relative who was looking out for my best interests, lol.)
