J_1978 asked: I’ve basically had a problem with it for years, been to the doctor in the past on five occasions and they’ve given me all different types of medication, yet it keeps coming back after a few weeks. I now use natural health supplements which do help alot and keep it at bay for a few months at a time, but it is expensive and it never feels entirely right down there. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, have you had any other treatments from your doctor apart from the usual ones, etc? I am so fed up with it coming back & it gets me down. I was told it could only be thrush or VB (which i also had tablets for) as I’m not sexually active, so it’s not likely to be anything else.

Aquarius17 asked: Possible arthritic conditions in the knees as well as weak core muscles. How long and how often does the person need to do yoga therapy before the benefits will be visible. Also, is it necessary or alright to continue to consume health supplements or medicines.

Benita asked: I want to lose 10 - 20 pounds in a month. I exercise and diet, but I want an extra metabolism boost. I want an overall health boost. I am not looking for a pill that says it will burn my fat while I sit on the couch with a gallon of ice cream. I am being realistic, I want this as a diet aid. Any suggestions will be helpful.

concretebrunette asked: I’d like a nice, homeopathic supplement, not one of those late-night-tv commercial drugs.
Like is there something I can add to my diet or anything?
I’ll check with my doctor, of course, but I’d like to do something as un-invasive as possible.
And in case it applies to a possible answer, I am a woman in my early 30s.
