[[[For those of you who don't know...
Raw vegan means that I only eat food in its natural, uncooked, unprocessed, unpasteurized state &&& no animal products...understand?]]]]

Lydia asked: I know there are lots of reasons to cut meat out of your diet. The one I personally find the most reasonable is for your health. I have met several people who have become vegetarian or vegan for “health reasons”.
So I’m wondering, what are these health benefits? Is meat not healthy? Why does cutting meat from your diet make you a healthier person?

animalsareGod’screatures asked: One name is “Farm” , rest names of brand-I forgot.
It is a “looking like hotdog” for only $4.95 ,and it is made by turkey. I was angry a little because I don’t think they should sell at health store. I don’t eat meats but why selling turkey? I thought it was tofu at first :it actually is organic turkey, it also has turkey in organic food (sausage) . I am still new to veggie thing, tell me…is it okay to buy organic turkey from them?

Anya asked: I’m a vegetarian, although essentially vegan, because I’m extremely lactose intolerant. I’m also female; I know it’s even more important that I receive proper nutrition. I don’t get enough calcium, vitamin D, iron, b12, and probably protein in my diet. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good supplement? I tried researching one but they’re all like, from extremist, purist, organic vegans. I don’t really care how organic it is, I just need some basic vitamins. Thanks.

Obviously, I’m not going to eat meat or dairy. Please respect my dietary decisions.
