ManUFanNY asked:

season, the top of my left hand would turn reddish. I would try different ointments to no avail. I finally went to a dermtologist and he prescribed me some okay stuff. The only problem is that if I skip a day, my hand returns to looking reddish. My doctor says it’s related to exposing my hand to the cold, and advises me to wear gloves. Eventually my prescription will run out. Can you recommend me good vitamins to improve skin health and the like? Thanks.

Can you go to the health food store and take any herbs for pyrosis flare ups?

Hi,

I suffer from toenail fungus, and I’ve tried ALL home remedies available without success. I’m also about to buy health insurance. I thought I would take this opportunity to finally visit the doctor and get rid of this problem. My questions are:

1. Which health insurance plans offer the best coverage to treat toenail fungus?
2. Do they cover the medication and the surgery required in some cases to remove the toenail?

Thank you for all your help!

Psoriasis Treatments include:
1) Dead Sea Salts This traditional treatment to healing naturally has been used in the Middle East for thousands of years. We have a 6 week program designed to use in your home.

2) “Psoriasis Spot Free in 30 Days”, A special diet book written by a former sufferer of the itching and flaking skin condition. The author is a registered nurse who used food to reverse the signs and symptoms of her condition.

3) Homeopathic treatment that helps to target the source of the problem with no damaging side effects.

peachi asked:

I am looking to take extra supplements for my psoriasis and was wondering if anyone has had any good experiences with a particular one.

I am taking Selenium, and all the usual Omegas, Vit D etc. But I have heard that Gota Kola is good as it helps the skin.

And yes, I have been to my doctors. I have tried coal tar treatments, steriod creams, topical creams etc and nothing really works. I am being reffered for light therapy but until then I would like to try and help myself.

Can anyone help me out here?
I know that the problem is an immune deficency but have heard that supplementing your diet can help from the inside,

what is the best supplement for hair, skin and nails?

PookyBoo asked:

I tried Perfectil before. As far as I remember it was fairly good but it is a little expensive for my current budget. I want a general multivitamin/minerals supplement as well as trying to get them from my diet. I have whiteheads on my forehead making it a bit bumpy and tendency to get spots and whitehead on my chin. It’s not that noticeable when I wear make up but it bothers me.
Any recommendations for supplements aimed at skin health?
