buford_bargain_hunter asked: I have two male Iggys. Sam is 10 years old and Eddy is 2.5. They are outdoor dwellers, with daily indoor visits. Both are very picky and it is hard to keep thier stress level at a minimum. The littlest thing will make Sam turn colors. Any suggestions?

Brittany asked: I know the obvious, to get a UVB light but I really don’t want to do this because that’d be one more light and a higher power bill. I really want to do it by adding a food source that has vitamin D3 in it. Currently I feed her ReptoMin sticks but I can’t find any info on what vitamins it helps supplement. Does any one know this? It’d be cool if I didn’t have to buy new food but it’s ok. Her diet is balanced with greens and feeder fish too. And I don’t need a food that adds calcium because she has a calcium bone she nibbles on. So..is there any particular foods that give good sources of vitamin D3?
Add-on….Is there a light that I can have in her tank that produces both UVA and UVB rays that keeps it warm all at the same time?
Also, if I use Electrodize by Exo Terra, would I still have to implemet the UVB? Exo Terra is the brand that I currently use for light source anyways. Her normal light is an Exo Terra Day Glo light and her night light is an Exo Terra Night Glo light.
