Jo asked: I’m trying to eat healthy. I know fruits and vegetables are the best…but what are some other snacks i can keep in my cupboard for snacking and take to school.
im thinking about stuff along the lines of granola bars..etc.
I want names and the brands.
(oh and keep in mind i like chocolate stuff.)

i need one that has NO preservatives added to food, and can tell me where to buy meat and poultry that has NO hgh, exposure to chemicals while growing.( the meat and poultry seem impossible)
