☆Lindsey & Jackson☆ asked: I breastfeed and I take a prenatal that has everything in it, including vitamin D. I also take an extra chewable calcium supplement. Is it necessary for me to give him extra vitamins?
I also take my son outside in the sun for a few minutes a few times a week to get the vitamin D from the sun.

luv my baby girl asked: My doctor said I can continue taking prenatal vitamins or switch to another vitamin if I want after I have the baby (due in 8 days) so I’m wondering what most moms do? If you don’t stay with the prenatal vitamins, which ones do you take?

eileen d asked:
My 19 year old friend had her baby the other day. She has ADD, and learning problems (not too bright). Her whole pregnancy all she ate was McDonald’s, and she wouldn’t take her vitamins. I just heard the baby has completely failed 3 hearing tests already. Could it be deafness, autism? I always hear you need to eat healthy, but are these the kinds of things that go wrong when you don’t.
