/Z/ asked:

I want to go to this natural health store in the city mall and buy things like stress relief and vitamin medications, however I am a very shy person and feel anxious about the whole thing. I’m 17 and paranoid the shopkeepers might think its weird for a youth to be buying those sorts of products, and paranoid I’ll be seen by people I know such as from school who will ask me what I’m doing and tell other people. I have a secret in school, that is I’m gay, so I fear what I do will be earmarked by people as ‘gay’.

So I need a way to force myself to go to the store surrounded by heaps of people of all ages who are “judging” me and when I’m in the shop, to not get anxious and be out of there without having looked around thoughtfully.

im 15 and have anxiety and am going to the health store to buy something for it?

I’ve done some e-searching but i’m skeptical to try a few different ones as i’m a broke college student. I cannot afford health insurance and I do not qualify for any government programs so this is my last hope. Has anybody tried buying herbal supplements, and if so, did any of them have any sort of significance?

Nutritional Supplements
Cherrigirl22 asked:

I have two mental conditions.I have symptoms of Asperger’s Disorder and symptoms of Schizoaffective Disorder. I really prefer the holistic approach to treating my mental disorders. However, my neuropsychologist says that these conditions typically need prescription drugs and that nutritional supplements will not be enough. I can include nutritional supplements in my treatment plan, but she said I might need the prescription drugs also. So, My question is what nutritional supplements can I use that are effective in helping or treating my mental conditions?
