mutual asked: I am 16 and a pole vaulter. The season ends in 3 weeks, and I have joined a gym to do off season lifting. I want to get stronger and more bulk and I need advice on diet supplements. I don’t want to do anything that will harm me such as creatine or steroids. But, I don’t really know what’s on the market and whats good and whats bad. Any advice would be great.

I do gymnastics and for the amount of working out I do, which is 3.5 hours a day three days a weeks, I haven’t been gaining very much muscle.
What dietary protein or supplement can I use? There are a bagillion on the shelf, and I’m not sure which one to use. I also think that I’m not getting enough nutrition (which explains my shortness )

i asked questions about atkins and people recommended me to take supplements with omega 3 in it… what exactly does that do for u?
