My doctor said, I have to take 100mg or more of chromium a day. Unfortunately, I bought supplement that has to be taken only once a day and contains only 50mg of chromium. so I was thinking, would my body absorb all the chromium if I take multiple tablets a day of the 50 mg supplement?

Hi! =)

I went to the podiatrist the other day and had my feet checked and they had to turn the dial up to 31 for me to even feel the slightest vibration on the soles of my feet from the machine.

I’ve had diabetes type I since I was 13, had a quadruple heart bypass last November.

Besides the ongoing insulin therapy, can I opt for HBOT to sort of improve my lower limb health, since mostly diabetic foot ulcers and general poor healing is a result of the constriction of arteries due to the decreased delivery of oxygen, and complicated by neuropathy?

Will Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy help in the long term to slow down limb health degeneration?

Thanks for your kind answers. =)
German Shephard, what do you think of this?
