Can U please suggest good diet,excersice and supplement?

-Eat 5 to 6 small meals a day
-Never skip breakfast!!
-It’s also better that breakfast is your biggest meal of the day, and supper really should be the smallest.
-Don’t eat after 8:00 at night
-Try to eat about 1200 to 1400 calories a day
-Stay away from sugar
-Get rid of white bread and eat only 100% whole wheat
-Eat only whole grain pastas
-Get natural peanut butter (it takes some getting used to though)
-Make sure you eat lots of fiber
-Remember, it takes 20 minutes for your stomach to signal your brain that you’re full, so eat a little at a time, wait, then see if you’re still hungry.
-For meats, eat grilled fish, steak, or chicken. Grilled meat is much more healthy.
-Stay away from soda and drink water or tea
-Get sugar free juice if you like juice
-Stay away from fried and greasy foods
-If you do go to a fast food joint, then order a grilled chicken salad or grilled chicken sandwich with water or tea.
-Don’t use as much salt with food
-Eat soup (its filling, and is healthy)
-And a quarter cup to half cup of berries a day is good for a midday snack
-Eat lots of Celery, Carrots, Broccoli, etc.
-Eat lots of Citrus. It’s full of Vitamin C!
-Don’t eat if you’re not hungry.
-If you feel hunger, you may be bored or thirsty.
-When you do want a snack, don’t grab junk food. Grab a fruit or veggie instead.
-Do 20 crunches a day, and work up from there
-Do at least 20 minutes to a half an hour of exercise a day, whether it’s swimming, walking, running, it doesn’t matter
-Instead of using the elevator or escalator, use the stairs.
-Walk small distances instead of driving your car (it also saves a bit of gas too!).
Just keep this up, and you’ll maintain your figure, be healthy, feel good all over, you’ll clear up any unwanted acne, and you’ll prolong your life! And trust me, this is all natural, and is way better than any supplement.

25 kilos is only 55 pounds that is to skinny. you need to gain weight if anything. i would not suggest taking pill though they make you mean and nasty and give you horrible head aches. as for a diet the lowest amount of calories i would take in in a day is 1200 stay away from fatty things and alot of carbs.

this is a great and healthy diet,
buy some Multivitamins and some Omega 3 fish oil supplements from your Supermarket.
the multivitamins will give you the vitamins which you will need but couldn’t get during the day,
the Omega 3 supplements are great! Omega 3 is good for your brain, your joins but best of all, any slight depression you have, Omega 3 supplements are just capsulizes of fish oil.
It is recommended that you eat 5 fruit and vegetables a day, however really it is recommended you take 10, they reduced it down to 5 because hardly anybody takes 10,
drink 8 glasses of water a day, this is great for your body, not only will it fill you up, it will make your skin much more cleaner (less spots) and make your hair look healthy. water helps cells grow. it also helps flush out anything in your bowls wich will stop bowl cancer.
Remember to eat fish, this is where you get omega 3 from, fish is also great food!
try not to eat processed food because these contain all kinds of stuff that will cause, depression, headaches, laziness and all other kinds of stuff.
Do 30 minuets of exercise a day! this is great! i find swimming is great for me, it completely relaxes me throughout the day and makes me feel calm. Exorcise releases a chemical which helps reduce depression, which again is great!
after a healthy diet, you will be full of energy, in a lot better mood then you were before and will be thinking properly and ready to go!
PS stay away from caffeen, it causes depression and you become realient on it. OH and chocolate is good for you, it containes Magnesium in it wich is good for the bones! Just dont eat too much!

Eat any thing you like. No pareji. But eat in a very very small quantity. If you feel hungry then you can still eat less quantity at any time. Yoga is the best exercise. Don’t smoke and drink wine if you ate habituated . No dinner after 8PM night. Drink cow milk as much as you can drink. Also drink more water during the day.
Exercise must be in a certain limit.Pranayam is best.

Hi Dude i totally understand your problem as i am working in the same industry, walking about 4 km a day is gonna take almost close to an hour and will not burn any more 160 calories, I kilo of fat has over 7000 calories, hence at that rate it will take you almost 3 months to just loose one kgs of fat. But i you devote the same amount of time to the program i have been a part of for the past two months you will be a much happier person. i think my personal experience might help you in your quest to loose your weight. i was about a 115 kgs till about two months back, now i weigh 93 kgs. I personal was not very comfortable going to a gym because of my weight, and tired a whole lot of stupid stuff to get back into shape, with every time i failed i felt more discouraged. I think a proper diet is all that u require. May be u could log on to.
They have online dietitian wherein u can send ur msg and they will reply to u, so that u can log on when u r doing ur night shifts. It really worked for me when I wanted to gain weight, so this goes with my personal experience. Get urself registered and c the difference for urself.
