You could likely get a policy through one of your state's high risk insurance pools, but I can almost guarantee that the premium will well exceed $490 a month.

For information on your state's high risk pool and/or any other insurance companies that would accept high risk individuals in your state, please check with the Department of Insurance.  They'll be able to steer you to companies in your area.  But please be forewarned that even if you can qualify for one of these policies, the premiums might be shocking to you.
