From what little I know about foods altering the color of your skin and/or urine the culprit usually comes in the way of a vitamin or mineral found naturally within the food. Being that orange soda is likely made with artificial dyes it's probably processed out during digestion. Just a guess though. I would guess no.

Are you also drinking lots of water? Diet soda's are high in sodium so even if you are drinking a lot of liquid in form of diet soda - it isn't really helping you in the long run. Diet soda is one of the sneakiest sources of salt. Also this will cause you to retain water - not lose it and it can in fact hide the fact that you are losing weight because the water retention will cause your numbers to be higher on the scale.
