I know that there are lots of diet supplements out but I need the best supplement that can remove my belly fat effectively and at a low cost.

    I can’t believe how many people are too lazy to just get the fat off, so they need to go turning to junk like diet suppliments and weight-loss programs, spending money that doesn’t need to be spent!

    Don’t use supplements. Most of the time they dont work and your money goes down the drain. Get Lipton Green Tea (might be gross but it will help) it has EGCG which boosts your metabolism. Go to the gym for about an hour a day or every other day. Make sure you pace yourself and dont over do it! Eat portioned meals. Make sure you have 1 fruit and 1 vegetable everyday. Portion your sweet intake too. If you need chocolate, eat a granola bar or the new Special K Chocolate stuff (should be at Walmart or your grocery store).

    You just have to be dedicated. Work hard but not too hard. =] Roxxy

    You mean the Omentum. I don’t think the diet supplements are your answer. If you are not exercising now just try walking 30 minutes a day. Get rid of all the processed food in your cupboards and frig. Eat breakfast. Keep some almonds in your car when you are feeling famished and want to go through a fast food restaurant eat a handfull…it totally works.

    Get the book….”You on a diet.” It’s working for me and I hope to keep this lifestyle.

    Always take in less calories than you burn in a day. Exercise? Walking gets rid of belly fat.I think that everyone who takes a supplement takes the risk of getting a heart problem of some sort. There are a lot of class action suits concerning diet pills and supplements. You don’t want a diet pill. It will not help you with the initial problem which is controlling how much you eat. You can purchase a diet software program for about $20 to help you track what you eat and how many calories you burn. roxledford

    first you need to foucus on diet. Your diet is the main factor in how your abs will look. My famous saying goes, “Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym!”.

    the most fat is burned when abs are trained on an empty stomach. It’s also recommended to perform some type of cardiovascular (bike or treadmill preferred) activity prior to beginning your training session. This minimizes your chance of overexerting or pulling a muscle.

    here is a sample ab workout

    Crunches - 5 sets to failure

    Lying Leg Lifts - 5 sets to failure

    Side Crunches - 5 sets to failure

    Crunches - 2 sets to failure

    It should take less than 20 minutes to complete this routine moonlight
