blurred asked:
Can anyone please tell me what they have used and if they work? Also how much they lost and in what time frame.

Diet pills actually do work…I’ve heard that SlimQuick works well, but I’ve never used it myself. Fiber supplements are also a good way to curb hunger.

I take L-Carnitine before gym. It converts body fat into energy that you burn during training. Which means that it enhances the effects of your cardios.
L-Carnitine is an amino acid, safer than drugs.

Coconut Oil as natural (and cheaper) therapy. Look up benefits of coconut oil in reference to weight loss and you’ll see.

Don’t try akavar, xantrex, or hyroxicut. Xantrex works but you’ll never sleep and destroy your body, you’ll also gain everything back. These are all short term, well all diet pills are then again.
A few that have had some positive results are: slimquik, hydrocut, and alli. [lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks with hyrdrocut and slimquik. have not personally tried alli]
I know you don’t wanna hear about the negative side of diet pills, so I won’t state it, but coming from someone who has experience with these.. you’ll gain more weight that you started with, and end up even more unhealthy. But best of luck.
