Beginning an exercise regimen, what are the best nutritional supplements to take?
persaunna asked:
I am a 40 year old woman, have a sedentary job and lifestyle, and I have decided to do something about it. I have joined a gym and am swimming every day–working myself up to the machines. I am already taking fish oil (to support my heart), glucosamine/chondroitin (less joint soreness), a multivitamin (was doing so before working out) and Korean ginseng (to improve energy). To the best of your knowledge, what supplements (I dont mean diet pills) would help support my weight loss/exercise efforts?

Try a protein shake after your workout. It will help your muscles rebuild faster.
I recommend 100% Whey Optimum Nutrition SuperiorUltimateFrisbee
