Every since I graduated high school, I’ve been getting a lot less sun(I used to run track). I also noticed that I am frequently catching colds which I hear can can be caused by a lack of vit. D affecting your immune system. Would 2000 units suffice? How much do you recommend? Thanks.

Just take a “One a day” and call it a day. You do not want to take too much additional vitamin D because it stays in the body and is not excreted in the urine. you need about 800 IU which is cover with a vitamin and the additional food you eat through out the day from the dairy group. funofunne
