Are there any vitamin or nutritional supplement videos that show and explain how to use them?

never seen one.. it would be dreadfully unethical to produce one anyway..
do you REEALLY want some anonymous type 1 diabetic watching a video about carbohydrate loading?
read a book!
not everyone needs the same supplements or can benefit from them.
someone with kidney issues should avoid excessive protein or creatine, or calcium
whereas someone with osteoporosis needs more than normal amounts of calcium and phosphorus. you cant just produce a generic video for nutrition. Bob G

They have videos posted with different types of supplements for various goals and objectives. They also stock every type of supplement you would ever need, so plenty of information is available. Stevinator_STG

You should try WorldClassNutrition. From the site you can link to various videos that will explain how to use different supplements. The directions are more specific than just reading from the instructions. Good luck Phil
