Apple cider vinegar as a health supplement?

I’ve read up on the benefits of apple cider vinegar, and my grandmother swears by it. Does anyone have any experience with it?

And also, would putting it in a fruit smoothie to drown out the taste render it less effective? My grandma says to take it straight with water, but I think I’ll gag!

    sometimes I take it and it really isnt that bad. And yes, it is very healthy to use. It can help with weight loss. Sarah
