Anyone recommend any food supplements or dietary pills?

dietary supplements
Bluey asked:

I’m a thirteen year old girl and I am healthy but I want to take some sort of dietary pills, fish oil, or something to make me even healthier. Anyone know or take any sort of brand they would recommend. Do you get it from a health food store?
Oh yeah, please tell me where you get them too, that would be extremely helpful. Thank you.

I’d suggest a multivitamin. Right now that should be all you need. If you’ve begun having periods make sure you get some folic acid in the vitamin. Fish oil is a good additive for omega fatty acids but it can give you a “fish burp” when it starts digesting.
Just remember whenever you go to the doctor to let them know everything you are taking so they don’t accidentally give you something that interacts with your supplements.
All my supplements are by Nature Made.

Sesamin Rx! Its all natural so you should be okay taking it. Im not a doctor but since its natural it shouldn’t hurt you. Sesamin Rx is great for boosting your metabolism and great for your skin, liver and kidney health. I order it from slimeffects
