Anyone knows about UniqueHoodia supplement, is it good?

I am afraid all versions of Hoodia, super, super-duper, ultra, super-ultra and super-duper-extra-ultra are all worthless.

I agree with Dr. Frank. forget about this stuff. I recall looking into this on the internet a while ago. One of the things I remember was that there seems to be more sold than is actually produced, so what does that tell you. If you are really interested in losing fat then start a high protein diet. Researchers in America found this worked better than other diets. It promotes hypertrophy, and increases fat loss particularly round the abdomen. Get into some sort of exercise, I would recommend weight training. Build just a little muscle, and you will start to burn more calories, it needs more just to maintain it. EDD
