▐▀▀▼▀▀▌ ► Cindy ◄ ▐▄▄▲▄▄▌ asked: I was just curious, but do you have to be a certain age to be able to buy supplements like omega 3 or a multivitamin from the store? Like Wal*mart or Walgreens or CVS. Okay I’m not curious but I’m 16 and I want to buy some biotin pills, so yeah do I have to be 18 or what?

mimosa asked: Just read from the supplement watch website the following:
Choline plays a role in brain development , liver function and cardiovascular health. Choline is available in supplemental form as lecithin (or phosphatidylcholine) as well as purified choline capsules and as an ingredient in sports bars and drinks.
During pregnancy, choline intake of the mother may influence memory and brain development in the growing infant. Studies on choline and lecithin supplementation clearly show an increase in blood choline levels following supplementation with 1 – 5 grams of choline (or 5-15 grams of lecithin).
Any holy goddesses with dear little ones growing inside have tried lecithin supplement to get a genius?

blackmamba762 asked: Hi! =)
I went to the podiatrist the other day and had my feet checked and they had to turn the dial up to 31 for me to even feel the slightest vibration on the soles of my feet from the machine.
I’ve had diabetes type I since I was 13, had a quadruple heart bypass last November.
Besides the ongoing insulin therapy, can I opt for HBOT to sort of improve my lower limb health, since mostly diabetic foot ulcers and general poor healing is a result of the constriction of arteries due to the decreased delivery of oxygen, and complicated by neuropathy?
Will Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy help in the long term to slow down limb health degeneration?
Thanks for your kind answers. =)
German Shephard, what do you think of this?

Lowell Mass asked: Health and Fitness Magazines including their ads promote protein, and its obviously a good thing, but if you read medical reports or advice it seems taking that much protein is bad for you and could affect your liver because of the chemical breakdown in your liver and keytones…etc..
Starting to think of moving away from protein supplements and just maybe using some creatine or something?
Any doctors out there or some solid facts on that?
