the daily vibe doze reccomended up to 60 ml seems to contain some vitamins and minerals contained in —-they say in one ounce if vibe is equivalent to nutrients found in :13 tomatoes, 20 peaches, 10% aloe vera,25 fresh walleye fillets, 13 craxked wheat slices, 10 cups raw green beans,35 cherries, 15 raw mangos, 5 beef steaks 6 oz, 2.5 cups green tea.this is in one ounce,i was wondering if a person having one ounce of this daily or two ounces for a longer period , might be somehow affected not ina good way because of the huge amount of nutriments that they would take daily with one or two ounces, something like overnutrition, or in time sort of chemical dependence, that might get a shock to the body at the time when the person decides not to take it anymore, and just live with food, i took vibe, for a very short period , it helped a lot, but i was wondering for a longer pewriod how it would be , and especialy for a friend that i care for very much.

If there was one food/supplement/ that I could add to my diet in order to improve my health- what would it be?

I tried Perfectil before. As far as I remember it was fairly good but it is a little expensive for my current budget. I want a general multivitamin/minerals supplement as well as trying to get them from my diet. I have whiteheads on my forehead making it a bit bumpy and tendency to get spots and whitehead on my chin. It’s not that noticeable when I wear make up but it bothers me.
Any recommendations for supplements aimed at skin health?

George J asked:

I have been taking about 60mg/daily of Zinc for a month, and also 7grams/daily of L-Arginine (spread out through the day), and 3.4 G’s daily of a balance amino acid pill along with a daily multi v supplement for about 2 weeks now. I’m healthy, athletic, 22 y/o and have a bit of low sperm count, I am trying to increase my sperm count and quality with this combo. I am wondering if my sperm count and quality would be noticably or technically better now as I have not tried, or if I should wait a bit longer for results. How about the dosage… should I increase or stay the same with what I am doing…. I’m about 200 lbs. Thanks- G

i’ve been joining a health product association more than 3 years already but i only ate a few quantity of product because i find it very expensive but somehow i can feel the effectiveness of the product.is there any product out there which is effective, affordable, organic, wholesome &etc. or can we buy the herbs ourself and boil the herbs before consuming.is that also effective compare to prepared in pill or other form found in market.actually i know money cannot buy health but if we spend to much on health product that eventually distubing other aspects of our life than it would be meaningless as well, is it. so i want to find economical way to take care of my family health.

maybe some of you would say eat less cholesterol, exercise more ,eat less junk food , eat more fiber or vegetables, sleep well and do not stress too much but nowadays those mentioned ways only partly worked we still need other kind of supplements to take care of our complex body.

korylovesanimals asked:

i recently purchased a product from a company called liquid health. the product is their level 5000 joint health supplement which has 75 mg of grape seed extract per 1 oz serving, among many other beneficial ingredients. the canine should be administered the level 5000 product at 2 oz per day for a two week loading up phase, and then 1 oz per day after that. i have not yet begun administering the supplement to my 6.5 year old french mastiff because he recently had his torn acl fixed, and his knee cap relocated to a more anatomically correct location at the same time, and he had been on antibiotics and two pain medications in addition to his normal vitamins and joint supplements. i did not want to stress his system anymore than i had to by changing his joint supplement during an already difficult time for my boy. now i am rethinking administration of the product at all, however, based on a list i viewed recently of foods canines should not be fed, which included grape seed extract.
