For the record, I lost 35 lbs. through a balanced diet and regular exercise. However, a couple of years ago, I took One-A-Day weight smart for a few days and on the third day, it made me ill.

Why do these things make some people feel sick rather than lose weight? What’s in these diet pills anyway? Anyone have any similar experiences?

I’m on a diet. I recently bought a weight loss cereal which is actually for men. One of the ingredients is L-carnatine. I ate this cereal a couple of times already, but now I worry wether this product might have a bad effect on my body, considering the male and female body have different hormones and that the product IS for men only(d’OH). Or is it?
would it cause hormone disorders and extra acne?

I’m trying to shed baby weight. Are natural supplements along with diet and exercise a good weight loss plan?
