I’ve seen TONS of infomercials about it, but I wanted some feedback from people who’ve actually used it. Was your diet plan successful? How dramatic were the results? What kinds of lifestyle changes did you have to make? And overall, is this product worth buying? THANKS!!

Has anyone tried using weight loss supplements with the Medifast diet?

I just started Medifast and was wondering if it would be safe to use a diet supplement such as Hydroxycut along with the diet. Has anyone tried this? What were your results? Are there any reasons this may be unsafe?

Im fixing to diet and exercise, and I need some good fat burners or supplement to take?

I am 29 yr old female, and I have recently started working out 5 days per week (up from my normal 3). I have begun to lose weight and inches, and my fat percentage is slowly going down as well. I am doing 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight/circuit training per workout. I am wearing a heart rate monitor to make sure I keep my rate up to where it should be for optimal weight loss. I get home and I am SO TIRED and I have trouble getting up the next morning as well.

Someone suggested adding protein shakes to combat the fatigue,

when do I have the shakes, how much and how often! I am looking to tone, not bulk up!!!

I am following a diet high in fruit and fiber, and lean protein. I usually avoid breads and grains, and I eat many times throughout the day. (I am certainly not starving!)

Is whey protein a safe way to supplement your diet, or are there draw backs I don’t know about?

I do not lift weights, and am moderately active. A health book I recently read suggested morning shakes with a scoop of whey protein. Is that safe to do, or does whey protein powder have any ill health related effects?

I have hypothyroidism & am looking for a diet pill and/or supplement to help me lose weight. Any suggestions?

I have read about hoodia and wonder if this is a viable option for me and if it would interfere with the medication I am on. I have gained about 40 pounds of unexplained weight over the last few months. My thyroid has been recently tested and my thyroid med adjusted, but still the weight seems to be adding up. I have not changed my diet to justify this weight gain. I am finding my energy level greatly diminished. I am looking for a diet pill and/or supplement to help aid in the reduction of my weight. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
