I have a very active dog and a sort of active dog. Somebody told me that I should give them vitamins and stuff, to keep their joints healthy and replenish what they are losing while running around. Could anybody tell me what these vitamins are, and how much to give daily?
Thanks!

I want to start taking vitamins because I’ve been feeling a little off lately and I think taking the right dose of vitamins might help, I don’t think I’ve been eating too healthy. I’m fifteen and can take pills easily. I’ve heard Omega-3 is good, but I’d also like to hear others and what kind of amounts are right.

Bunny L asked:
While giving my son a dose of liquid infant vitamins I dropped the bottle on the floor. If you have never used this type of supplement, let me tell you…They have a hue similar to iodine and smell very strongly of iron (also an igredient). I have been able to get the majority of the stain out of our rose colored carpet, but, my son’s room smells very bad now. The entire room is permeated with the smell of iron. I don’t know how to remove the smell. The vitamins are regular over the counter enfamil liquid vitamins with iron.

I just found out I’m pregnant, about 6 weeks or so. I haven’t seen the doctor and won’t be able to for another week, so I am wondering if I should start taking prenatal vitamins on my own already.
Can I just get the vitamins from the grocery store, and is there a specific type I need to get?
Thanks in advance for any helpful suggestions.

Kitty asked: I’ve heard that prenatal vitamins make hair grow much faster, but is that safe if you’re not pregnant/planning to be? Should I take specific vitamins or just a daily multivitamin? Please help; I just got a horrible haircut.
