mutual asked: I am 16 and a pole vaulter. The season ends in 3 weeks, and I have joined a gym to do off season lifting. I want to get stronger and more bulk and I need advice on diet supplements. I don’t want to do anything that will harm me such as creatine or steroids. But, I don’t really know what’s on the market and whats good and whats bad. Any advice would be great.

I’m being honest here, if you post a question and your answers come back as”that did’nt work for you” or “now you know hypnotizing doesnt work for everything” basicly in a nut shell, “giving feed back like that is’nt considered an “answer” to a question, however, other input like different methods might. thankyou.

Lee N asked: My doctor said, I have to take 100mg or more of chromium a day. Unfortunately, I bought supplement that has to be taken only once a day and contains only 50mg of chromium. so I was thinking, would my body absorb all the chromium if I take multiple tablets a day of the 50 mg supplement?
